We popped into this restaurant for a meal, and as it was our first experience of Korean food, we hadn't a clue what to order. The lady suggested a few dishes, which we were happy to try. I have never tasted chicken like this in my life. It was absolutely delicious. All 3 of the meals where tasty, so we were more than happy with her suggestions. I haven't mastered the art of using chop sticks, so was given a fork instead . Staff were very friendly, nice ambience and food was presented very well. We will certainly be back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ASIAN FOOD! My friend and I had the Tteokbokki (no cheese), 3 Piece Fried chicken, Kimchi, Teriyaki Chicken Donburi, and Slow Braised Pork Donburi. The portions are big and well worth the price. Total price came to about £45. The place is small, simple, but it feels authentic and it's cosy. The service was good - a couple of times we had to ask over staff but they were always super helpful and nice. Absolutely recommend if you love authentic Asian food (mostly Korean and Japanese) and a nice cosy vibe.

It’s my birthday and after a long day I wasn’t sure where we wanted to go for food, we were looking around and noticed stix for the first time so thought we’d give it a go. The staff were lovely and accommodating; the food came out so quick I think we waited 5 minutes after ordering. Now let me tell you this, I’ve never tried Korean food in my 29 years of living but oh my god, this was the most beautiful food that has ever graced my lips. Truly amazing, everything was perfect and delicious. I’m obsessed. The fries were perfectly crispy and salted, the portions were huge and I was experiencing flavour like never before. Will definitely be back, 10/10 made my birthday thank you.

Very delicious tonkotsu, tonkatsu and pork belly donbury. I've tried the best tonkotsu in York (Yuzu) and Leeds (Maki & Ramen) which are both top in their city, but this one is even more delicious. The pork is melt in your mouth and the soup is soo goood. The pork in the pork belly donbury is also delicious. Service is good, kind and attentive, despite there are only 2 of them serving more than 10 tables. Atmosphere is good, busy restaurant (we came at 7pm on Saturday. The bill came to £45 for 3 persons.

Thought we'd try somewhere new rather than our usual haunts in Newcastle, and what a good choice it was! Although a little on the chilly side inside, the food was outstanding, the volcano ramen was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned, nice and spicy but not overwhelmingly so, you can tell the broth was quality too from the stickyness it left on your lips from the gelatin. The Phở was also fantastic, the broth was so beefy and tasty, served with the usual Phở accompaniments (mint, coriander, chilli, beansprouts etc), and the chicken and cheese spring rolls were great, and packed full of Mozzarella. Will definitely be going back to try more of their menu!

Went in with my partner and the food was spot on, plenty of great options to choose from and we opted for ramen and Korean chicken wings with a side of spicy edamame, the food was cooked to perfection (especially the wings, the coating had a great texture and the sauce on them was sticky and delicious) I also recommended the Korean Cass beer as it goes well with the spicier menu items. The service was very friendly and efficient, food came out in under 10 minutes during a relatively busy service period. I definitely want to visit again soon!
